They are thorough, friendly, flexible, responsive, efficient. Sam and his team (Martha and Andrea especially) have been awesome. They've come by twice a month for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier. Sam texts me every Saturday before my service to remind me that they're coming, on Monday, and they've even accommodated a last-minute rescheduling once when I was going to have company and preferred for them to come on Friday before a holiday weekend; but I forgot to ask until the Thursday before. They're always on-time and they clean my bathrooms, kitchen, and floors, etc., better than I ever could. It's been a worthwhile investment in a local small business, not to mention my sanity; I love the great feeling of getting home to a spic and span home."
