Recurrent Cleanings encompass all living areas of your home. (A living area is an area under air conditioning/heating.) Our recurrent cleanings may be performed by one worker, a 2-person or 3-person team.

* We will use conventional mold-and-mildew-fighting products to treat moldy spots on tile, grout and caulking surface and make every reasonable effort to remove them. Caulking with embedded mold may need to be stripped and reapplied on your end.
∆ We will make the bed or change bedsheets on no more than 2 beds whenever you leave out fresh ones on or near the bed. Any additional bed made or sheets changed will incur an extra charge of $6.
