You may enter your last name as your "account number". Checks are processed out of state; please allow 7 or more days for processing and USPS delivery.

What about automatic payments?
You may choose to activate automatic (recurring) payments in Bill Pay. Please note: There are 26 visits per year with service at two-week intervals; and 13 visits per year with service at four-week intervals (not 12 visits). Over time, automatic payments will arrive late and increasingly later because service visits fall two to three days earlier every month. To avoid a late fee, choose one of three options:

Option 1 Periodically, change the Bill Pay date to be earlier in the month, taking mail delivery into account. |
Option 2 Leave the Bill Pay date intact and manually issue another payment for our upcoming or most recent visit. After we deposit your manually-issued payment, subsequent checks will arrive earlier. A manually-issued payment is necessary twice a year with service at two-week intervals, and once a year with service at four-week intervals. |

Pay average cost per month. Set it and forget it.
For service every TWO weeks, multiply your price times 26 and divide by 12. Example: price per visit $135.

After each service day, you will be emailed an updated record of every fulfilled service. In the event that services are terminated before your prepayment runs out, you will be refunded the remaining balance.

Our bank charges small businesses a 1% fee for depositing Zelle payments. (The Zelle® payments network is owned by a consortium of US banks. While the use of Zelle is feeless, banking institutions have discretion to charge fees related to Zelle.)
