Bill Pay check (recurrent service only): Sign in to your bank account in your bank's website or app and look for "Bill Pay" to set it up. Enter our mailing address as shown above. You may enter your last name as the "account number". Checks originate out of state; please allow 7 or more days for processing and USPS delivery. Late Payments
- Overdue payments will be subject to a late fee of $5.50 per every day of lateness, invoiced by digital payment method.
- If your mailed check is not delivered by late afternoon of the service day, we will reach out to you and you may pay digitally. Whenever your mailed check arrives late, we will hold it for the next service visit.
- Returned checks will be subject to a $20 fee and may incur a late fee, invoiced by digital payment method.
What about automatic payments?
If you wish, you may activate automatic (recurring) payments in Bill Pay. Please note: For service every two weeks, there are 26 visits per year; for service every four weeks, there are 13 visits per year (not 12). Over time, automatic payments will arrive late and increasingly later because service visits fall two to three days earlier every month. To avoid a late fee, choose one of three options:

Option 1 Periodically, change the Bill Pay date to be earlier in the month, taking mail delivery into account. |
Option 2 When your check is behind schedule, make a one-off digital payment. After this payment, you will be ahead and subsequent checks will arrive earlier. A one-off digital payment is necessary twice a year for service every two weeks, and once a year for service every four weeks. |

Pay average cost per month. Set it and forget it.
For service every TWO weeks, multiply your price times 26 and divide by 12. Example: price per visit $135.
135 x 26 = 3510
3510/12 = 292.50

After each service day, an updated service log of your fulfilled service visits will be emailed to you. In the event that services are terminated before your prepayment runs out, you will be refunded the remaining balance.
If Zelle doesn't charge fees for sending or receiving money, why do you charge 1%?
Our bank charges small businesses a 1% fee for depositing Zelle payments. (While the use of Zelle is feeless, banking institutions have discretion to charge fees related to Zelle. The Zelle® payments network is owned by a consortium of US banks. )
