Bill Pay check: Sign in to your financial institution's website or app and look for "Bill Pay" to set it up. Enter our mailing address as shown above. You may enter your last name as the "account number". Checks are printed out of state. Please allow 7 or more days for processing and USPS delivery. When Bill Pay says that your check was "paid", this means that a check was issued and not necessarily that we have received it. For automatic payments, see the question "What about automatic payments?" below.

Late Payments
- Overdue payments will be subject to a late fee of $5.50 per every day of lateness, invoiced by digital payment method.
- If your mailed check is not delivered by late afternoon of the service day, we will reach out to you and you may pay digitally. Whenever your mailed check arrives late, we will hold it for the next service visit.
- Returned checks will be subject to a $20 fee and may incur a late fee, invoiced by digital payment method.
- PayPal Pay Later will not incur late fees when you initiate plan on the service day.
What about automatic payments?
You may choose to activate automatic (recurring) payments in Bill Pay. Please note: For service every 2 weeks, there are 26 visits per year (not 24); for service every 4 weeks, there are 13 visits per year (not 12). Automatic payments will gradually fall behind schedule because service visits fall two to three days earlier every month. To avoid a late fee, choose one of three options:

Periodically, change the Bill Pay date to be earlier in the month, taking mail delivery into account.

When your Bill Pay check falls behind schedule, make a digital payment. After your digital payment, subsequent checks will arrive earlier. A digital payment would only be necessary twice a year for service every 2 weeks, and once a year for service every 4 weeks.

How do I save with prepaid service?
Save 4.25% for six months when you make a lump-sum advance payment. Six-month minimum, mailed check only. Here's how you save:

If Zelle is free to send and receive money, why do you charge 1%?
Zelle® is owned by a consortium of US banks. While the use of Zelle is feeless, banking institutions have discretion to charge fees related to Zelle. The 1% fee covers the cost our bank charges us (and other small businesses) to deposit Zelle payments.
