Bill Pay Check
Sign in to your financial institution's website or app and look for "Bill Pay" to set it up. Bill Pay will mail us a check. Enter our mailing address as shown above. You may use your last name as the "account number". Checks are processed out of state; please allow 7 or more days for processing and USPS delivery. When Bill Pay shows that your check was "paid", it means that a check was issued and not necessarily that we have received it. For automatic payments, see "Automatic Payments" below.

Please write check to Home Clean Home LLC and mail to the above address. Please allow at least 3 days for local USPS delivery.
A courtesy 5-day grace period may be extended to you no more than once in a calendar year. To save with prepaid service, see "Prepaid Service Discount" below.
Automatic Payments
Please note: For service every 4 weeks, there are 13 visits per year (not 12); for service every 2 weeks, there are 26 visits per year. Automatic payments in Bill Pay will gradually fall behind schedule because service visits fall two to three days earlier every month. To avoid late fees, choose one of three options:

For service every 2 weeks, multiply your price times 26 and divide by 12.
Example: $145 per service visit
145 x 26 = 3,770
3770/12 = $314.17 automatic Bill Pay amount
For service every 4 weeks, multiply your price times 13 and divide by 12.
Example: $185 per service visit
185 x 13 = 2,405
2405/12 = $200.42 automatic Bill Pay amount

After every service visit, we will email you an updated service log. If service is terminated before prepayment is used up, we will refund the balance.
Zelle 1% Fee. Why?
Zelle® is owned by a consortium of US banks. While the use of Zelle is feeless, banking institutions have discretion to charge fees related to Zelle. The 1% fee covers the cost our bank charges us (and other small businesses) to deposit Zelle payments.
Late Payments
- Overdue payments will be subject to a late fee of $5.50 per every day of lateness, invoiced by digital payment method.
- If your mailed check is not delivered by late afternoon of the service day, we will reach out to you and give you the opportunity to pay digitally (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, debit or credit card) so you don't incur a late fee.
- If your mailed check arrives late, we will hold it for the next service visit.
- Returned checks will be subject to a $20 fee and may incur a late fee, invoiced by digital payment method.
- PayPal Pay Later will not incur late fees when set on the service day.
